Terms and Conditions – Online Raffle Ticket Shop

1. Introduction Welcome to FilNor Vennskapsklubben’s Online Raffle Ticket Shop. By purchasing a ticket for Stord Barrio Fiesta Filipino 2025 (June 21, 2025, at Vikahaugane, Stord, Norway), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. General Terms V

   • By using this site, you accept these Terms.

   • FilNor Vennskapsklubben may update these Terms without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

   • Participants must be 18+ years old with a valid payment method.

   • Additional eligibility requirements may apply per local laws.

4. Ticket Purchase & Payment

   • Tickets are non-refundable and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

   • Payments can be made via VIPPS or cash on-site.

5. Draw & Prizes

   • The draw will be held on June 21, 2025, during the event.

   • Winners will be notified via Facebook Messenger or a post on our page within 3 days.

   • Unclaimed prizes after 30 days will be redrawn. No cash alternatives unless stated.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

   • All sales are final, except in case of event cancellation or technical errors, where a full refund will be issued.

7. Data Privacy

   • Personal information will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

   • We are not liable for technical issues, delays, or lost payments.

   • Liability is limited to the ticket price paid.
